   - All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

   - The request is made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

   - Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange, and clear images if applicable.

3. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. Please clearly label the package with the RA number.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. JaipurTouch is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate your preference when contacting Customer Service. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable..
